VIP Progression: Which Milestones Are Worth It?
Decide whether VIP progression is a good use of your Gold by weighing its long-term benefits against other priorities.

VIP progression is one source of Mythic Enforcer General Shards and can unlock an additional deployable squad. These milestones are especially useful:
- VIP 4: +10% construction speed, which can help during early city development.
- VIP 6: +1 deployable squad, making it easier to gather resources and send more troops to events such as Stashjack or Crooked Pursuit.
- VIP 7: First daily General Shard for Mythic Enforcers.
- VIP 9: The daily shard amount increases from 1 to 2.
- VIP 11–12: The daily shard amount rises to 3 at VIP 11 and 6 at VIP 12.
If VIP Points are available at 2 Gold per point, factor that rate into your decision before buying them directly.
Should you spend Gold on VIP Points?
If you play for free, avoid making VIP Points your main Gold priority. Save Gold for Lucky Spin instead, where it can help you obtain Enforcers.
If you spend heavily, buying VIP Points directly with Gold may still be unnecessary. Check whether the packs you buy already include VIP Points, and consider keeping Gold available for future features that may require a larger reserve.
