Before contacting us
- For a purchase issue, try the Restore Purchases action in the app.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
- For local history or settings, remember that this data stays on the device and is removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
What to include
Tell us your app version, Android version, language, the screen involved and what happened. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, receipts, purchase tokens, transaction IDs, calculator values or history.
