Enforcer Stars
Plan the path to a 5-star Enforcer and understand which shard sources are available for different recruits.

Stars are one of the four ways to improve an Enforcer and a priority for PvP. They increase the Enforcer's ATK% and DEF%, two stats used in PvP fights.
Every Enforcer has five stars. Upgrading through the full star progression costs 1,065 shards after recruitment. Most Enforcers need another 10 shards to recruit, while Juggernaut needs 20. The recruit-plus-upgrade total is therefore 1,075 shards for most Enforcers and 1,085 for Juggernaut.
General shard sources
You can obtain Enforcer shards through:
- General Shards: Convert them into shards for a specific Enforcer, except Deathwheel or Juggernaut.
- Lucky Spin.
- Daily Activities: Uno Bar recruitment and Airstrip missions.
- Packs.
- Top Don or SvS.
Deathwheel and Juggernaut have their own shard sources:
- Deathwheel: shards from VIP packs only.
- Juggernaut: shards from VIP packs or the Top Don event.
